Pre-taped film

Soft-edge foam
Providing a very effective seal that prevents paint from entering the interior of the vehicle during repainting, cylindrical strips of polyurethane foam (with a PET base) and rubber adhesive are used for sealing the interiors of doors and hoods during these processes.

Spooling
The spooling process of adhesive tape involves rewinding the tape onto a reel or spool as it is produced. During this process, the tape passes through a series of rollers that ensure a uniform application of the product and is then rewound into smaller rolls, ready for its use and distribution.
Special attention must be paid to factors such as the maximum outer diameter and total width of the spool roll to ensure the product is correctly applied in the machine. Therefore, we will always advise you and offer the manufacturing of this type of format for whichever product you need.
