PREFORMED BUTYL IN STRIP
Effective Sealing for Construction, Automotive and More
Preformed butyl strip is a self-adhesive sealing tape made primarily from butyl rubber. It comes in rolls or strips, making it easy to apply without the need for special tools. Thanks to its high adhesion and flexibility, it adapts well to various surfaces and environmental conditions.
COMPOSITION
Support (A): Butyl extruded strip
Liner (C): Siliconized paper Film
KEY FEATURES
Compatibility: Suitable for metal, plastic, glass, concrete, wood, ceramic, etc.
Elasticity: Flexible, does not become brittle over time.
Tightness: 100% waterproof against water, air and dust.
Chemical resistance: Good resistance to diluted acids, salts and atmospheric agents.
No curing: Does not require drying time.
Gap filling: Excellent performance on irregular or rough joints.
Non-migratory: Does not stain adjacent surfaces.
Dimensional stability: Does not deform or shrink over time.
