Terms and Conditions 

  STORAGE CONDITIONS


For optimal preservation of properties, the product should be stored in its original packaging, at a temperature between 20 and 30 °C, protected from direct sunlight and moisture. We recommend using the product within 24 months of receipt.

 GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS


ATyT recommends that contact surfaces be free of grease, oil, dust, or any other non-stick substance.CA

The technical data contained in this product specification are intended to guide the end user and do not constitute a legal warranty regarding specific properties, due to the numerous factors that may arise during the handling and use of the product.

Before use, the consumer must assess the product's suitability for their specific purpose and will assume all risk and responsibility in connection with such use.


All products supplied are subject to internal quality controls and comply with the standards set out in the corresponding technical data sheet.

We have a technical sales department available to handle your queries about our product, which can advise you on any matters needed to maximise its performance.

 ORDERS


  • If you need guidance on the most suitable references for your applications, please contact our sales team, who will assist you in configuring your order.
  • Orders must be processed by email to pedidos@atyt.es pedidos@atyt.es
  • The quantity of rolls requested may be subject to a tolerance of +5%, due to potential variations in our production.
  • The price of each item will be confirmed in the order confirmation.
  • If the order total is below €300 (VAT not included), an additional handling charge of €15 will apply.

  DELIVERY TIMES


We work with delivery times of 7 working days from receipt of the order. For special goods, we will indicate the delivery time at the time of order confirmation.

In the event of a delay, we will not accept liability in this regard, unless prior agreement has been reached on this point.

Ownership of the goods is retained until full payment has been made by the buyer.

 FREIGHT AND PAYMENTS


Orders are delivered carriage paid provided they exceed the following minimum amounts (VAT not included), which vary depending on the destination:


o Delivery within Catalonia: orders over €400

o Delivery to other mainland national destinations: orders over €750

o Delivery to national island destinations and outside Spain: orders over €1,500


If the order amount is below this minimum, freight charges will be billed to the customer according to the following rate (for Portugal, please check the applicable conditions):

For special goods by volume, freight payment will be agreed upon when the order is placed.

If the material needs to be palletised to ensure the order's protection, each pallet will be charged at €8.


If any anomaly is observed upon delivery, a photograph must be taken and noted on the carrier's delivery note, and we must be informed within a maximum of 48 hours by email, including the photograph, so that we can activate the transport insurance coverage.


When goods are shipped freight collect, this will be at the buyer's expense and risk.


For greater transparency, the prices offered are net; only the taxes in force at the time need to be applied.

  • The payment method is the one agreed between each customer and the company.
  • In the event of payment delays, any resulting costs will be charged to the customer.

CLAIMS


If you believe our product has a defect, please send an email to your account manager and to info@atyt.es. We will send you a form to complete (R-102) and arrange for the collection of a defective roll in order to verify the quality issues.


  • Product returns require prior authorisation from Adhesivos Técnicos y Troquelados.
  • If a return is authorised, it is the customer's responsibility to correctly palletise the goods in their original packaging.
  • No returns will be accepted after 2 months from the date of supply.
